• Hedge problem: Thank you for your report on Fix My Street (FMS) that has been sent to me at Wooburn and Bourne End Parish Council. The hedge and carpark entrance, surface etc are all under the ownership and responsibility of Buckinghamshire Council (BC) who are the responsible party. The Parish Council (PC) does not have any responsibility for the issues you report. However, we have cut the roadside hedge in the past as residents rose issues of non-accessibility/safe passage along the pavement. For safety reasons we cut the roadside hedge but it was never our responsibility to do so. It was a favour. Please re-send your report to BC through FMS and state that the PC are not responsible and you expect BC to rectify the issues. I will also add a report on FMS with the same comment.
