Gate at corner of park on Pound Lane & Lower Pound Lane

Someone put a bike lock on gate on 13th August between 11-7 pm- I use the gate 2-3 times per day and now have to go around and walk through the parking lot which is not as safe. Please could you remove the bike lock. Thank you.
