Commercial vehicles taking up standard bays Red Lion Way car park

At the Red Lion Way car park commercial vehicles are always parked in standard bays, meaning visitors are forced to use up EV bays which they are not meant to do. Car park board states that commercial vehicles are not to park there, they need to be told to move elsewhere to free up space.
