Stockwell furlong , left hand side of road - 40 feet down from corner of Churchway & Stockwell furlong

It stops my elderly parents from parking outside my entrance. They have walking sticks & find it difficult to park down the road & walk back to my house on uneven pavements . They have a disabled card , but obviously on public side roads it’s not much use unless you can paint the road with a disabled sign? They visit me each day . The black Audi car has been abandoned there for 3 weeks.
