The bins are overflowing. Residents are filling multiple additional bags that are being left beside the bins bit they've not been emptied for ages. People are leaving bags of dog poo beside the bins which stinks snd attracts lits of flies. The litter blows all over the park and so i have collected an additional 4 bags of litter from the area!
