An abandoned vehicle with registration number BN06PHY has been left at the end of Hampden Close, HP21 8NS, where it has remained unmoved for the past three months. This location consists entirely of bungalows inhabited by elderly residents who urgently require daily access for ambulances and wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Because parking is already extremely limited in this area, the abandoned car is creating a severe obstruction and making it difficult for residents and emergency services to access their properties. Immediate action is requested to have the vehicle removed as soon as possible.
