3 bins around the vicinity of the childrens playground have not been emptied in a long time, certainly not getting empited weekly, with the heat too they are now starting to really smell and people are now littering and flytipping, there is even bits of metal around the bin, especially dangerous being in a childrens playground please can these be empited as soon as possible
