Multiple Potholes - Moorfield Road

Reported via desktop in the Emergency Road/Footway - Road defect category anonymously at 10:22, Monday 3 August 2026

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9888558.

There are currently seven to eight large potholes that have been reported multiple times over the past year; however, no repairs have been carried out. During this period, the potholes have continued to deteriorate, becoming significantly deeper and posing an increasing risk to both pedestrians and road users.

The situation has now become a serious safety concern. Most recently, the resident's daughter tripped and fell into one of the potholes while walking in the area. In addition, the poor state of the road surface is causing damage and excessive wear to residents' vehicles. The pavement is also crumbling in several places, forcing pedestrians to step into the roadway to pass safely, creating a further risk of injury or collision.
