Bag of rubbish strewn across road collected and put with other litter picked rubbish

After the absolutely incredible job the litter picker has done around Iver, leaving it utterly spotless. Some absolute weapon had lobbed a bag of general rubbish, McDonald’s, a frying pan, used nappies and wipes. Out onto the road and verge. I’ve collected what I can and put this with the litter picked rubbish. It is obviously in a plain bag rather than the council supplied.
