Vegetation overgrowth + fly tipping on path + denial of access

The public right of way LCF/12/2 has extensive side and surface vegetation overgrowth, there is also signs of significant fly tipping on the path, and an unauthorised gate which denies access to the path. All these issues lead to being unable to use the public right of way which substantial cuts down the length of walk between neighbouring developments. Its derelict nature is also inviting antisocial behaviour in the area.
