Furniture being dumped on private land

Furniture and other bulky items are being dumped next to our bin collection area, and the amount of rubbish is continuing to grow. It now includes an old pram, a desk, a table and various cleaning equipment.
I have already contacted both the freeholder and the leaseholder of the main property to report the issue, but unfortunately no action has been taken. As a result, the rubbish continues to accumulate, creating an unsightly and potentially unsafe environment.
