Extensive litter all year round, rubbish and toys left behind everyday and never picked up, leaving the neighbourhood to look like a landfill. I understand they are children but the parents should either tell their kids to not litter/leave toys behind or pick up the rubbish themselves. Again i dont know who the kids belong to so i dont know who to speak to about this.
