Roadworks Barbers Wood Close D400248191630-02 - date for these works was 7th July to 29th July - no works have been carried out, customer frustrated at moving cars for no reason and would like to know when these works will be going ahead

  • Most planned roadworks are completed before the published end date, however, in some cases they can overrun due to unforeseen circumstances for example bad weather. The Utility Company should contact us, as the Highway Authority and request permission to extend their stay and may incur daily fines if they do not adhere to the conditions within their permit.

    A Highway Officer will attend the site and make contact with the Utility Company, to discuss the terms of their permit conditions.
