Bridleway KNB3/1

The bridleway in places is extremely overgrown and difficult to pass through. There are fences with warning signs blocking the path at the bridge over the canal at Broughton but, approaching from the east, the bridleway signs were in place and no signage was up to say that the bridleway had been officially closed or diverted. This resulted in me having to turn back and retrace my steps to Buckland. There was also a security device within the adjacent building site which let off a shrill siren as I approached along the bridleway. If it has been officially closed off due to the building works then this needs signage to say so well before the bridge over the canal at Broughton. If it is not officially closed then alot of vegetation is required to be removed, the fencing blocking the bridleway needs to be removed and the security device needs to be moved so that it is not triggered by those lawfully passing along the highway.
