Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9845010.

I parked at 5pm and paid for 2 hours to 7pm. I was expecting to return before 10pm but was delayed by public transport issues. I arrived back at approx 11pm. Does the 5 hours limit include time after 7pm? Many thanks Steve H
