Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9824150.
FixMyStreet ref: 9204876. Reported in April is still there with no action taken. Why do we have to report issues so many times on here and nothing has been done to resolve? This is a simple fix, a cloth some PPE and graffiti remover and it’s taken you 4 months! How do I escalate this situation?

Not all bridges and structures in Buckinghamshire are the responsibility Highways, other bodies that own bridges and structures include:
- Network Rail: structures associated with the ‘live’railway
- National Highways: Motorways
- Canal and River Trust
- Rights of Way
We undertake annual inspections of structures on the Highway that we are responsible for, including special inspections if needed (e.g., collision damage), we also carry out regular maintenance, along with strengthening works to keep our bridges and structures safe and operational, with a minimum of disruption.
The structures team will carry out an assessment of the bridge and if is our responsibility we will arrange for a site inspection and raise an order to carry out any works required.
If the bridge is not the responsibility of Buckinghamshire Highways we will forward this report to the relevant organisation.

An order has been raised to repair the issue reported, this will be a permanent repair to be carried out as soon as possible. However, there are occasions when a temporary repair is carried out for safety reasons until such time as we can mobilise resources to make the repair permanent.
To ensure the highway network remains as safe as possible we will continue to carry out our regular Highways Safety Inspections which will include this issue until such times as the permanent repair is made
