Clear up required in layby between B489 and B488 junctions

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9823923.

Maybe not so much fly tipping as a clean up of this large layby on the A41 between the B489 and B488 junctions. Needs addressing as it is fly tipping in a way when rubbish is disposed of in the layby. Many thanks indeed.
