Fly-Tipping

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping on Private land category anonymously at 10:36, Monday 20 July 2026

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9814299.

The Parish Council has received a report from a resident who helps maintain the grounds of St Margaret's Church regarding ongoing fly-tipping from a neighbouring property.

The resident reports that waste is being repeatedly deposited onto the church grounds, including broken tiles, tree branches, household/domestic waste and other discarded materials. On one occasion, dog fouling was also left on the site, requiring a hazardous waste team to attend and remove it.

This has become a persistent issue, and the resident is no longer able to continue clearing the waste themselves. The repeated fly-tipping is placing an unreasonable burden on those who volunteer to maintain the church grounds.

Thames Valley Police are aware of the matter and are dealing with the ongoing reports. However, the Parish Council is requesting that Buckinghamshire Council assists with the removal of any future fly-tipped waste from this location while the issue is being resolved.

This is an ongoing environmental issue, and we would appreciate the Council's support in keeping the church grounds clear of illegally dumped waste.
