Concern Regarding Ongoing Work on Horse Box in Public Area

I would like to report an ongoing issue regarding a horse box that has been parked in the public road outside/near 11 Hebridean. The horse box has reportedly remained in this public area for several months and appears to be undergoing regular work or modifications. The prolonged use of a public street as a workspace is causing concern. From the attached photograph, the following can be observed: A horse box/trailer is parked on the public road. Equipment appears to be present at the front of the trailer, suggesting maintenance or repair work. The trailer occupies space on the public highway. My concerns are: The apparent long-term use of a public area for vehicle or trailer repairs. The continued occupation of public parking space by the horse box. Any potential obstruction or nuisance this may cause to residents. I would be grateful if the relevant authority could investigate whether the trailer is being used in accordance with local regulations and whether any action is required. Thank you for your attention.
