Please see previous reports about this particular problem that are shown below . Your last response said that a Parking Officer would visit and assess but clearly this has not happened because vehicles continue to park blocking the dropped kerb . There has been no feedback from you on this matter . Please take appropriate action to ensure the dropped kerb is kept clear .

Junction of Warrenfield with Church Road A412 Iver Heath Cars parked blocking dropped kerb on 16/6/26 . Please also see report ref 9428986 on 22/5/26 . Also cars parked daily completely blocking pavement in Close section of nearby Glaisyer way . The failure to deal with these issues only adds to the difficulties experienced by Disabled Persons and those with wheelchairs , pushchairs and similar . It`s far from right to force these persons into road and into possible harm from passing vehicles . Why can`t the Police contact the owner of Audi SX13 KMG and get them to correct their parking . Also can`t be much of a job to paint double yellows next these dropped kerbs .

The report has been passed to the Highway Officer, who will carry out an inspection of the issue within 10 working days, emergency defects will be corrected or made safe at the time of the inspection, if reasonably practicable to do so. In this context, making safe may constitute displaying warning notices, coning‐off or fencing‐off to protect the public from the defect or other suitable action. If the inspection team cannot make safe the defect at the time of inspection, then they will instigate the relevant emergency call procedures to ensure appropriate resources are mobilised to make the defect safe.
