Vehicle parked outside of numbers 2/4 Tower Street, High Wycombe HP13 5AX for several months and has only moved to change direction. A couple of the tyres are now flat, and the vehicle is almost never touched or opened. Suspension may be broken. No MOT. Tax due to expire in September.
