Willow tree to the side of number 4

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9753219.

The tree has shed a large branch that has landed partially on number 4, on the roof on their vehicles but most of the branch is still across the grass area. Issue was called through as a highways emergency but it is not a highways tree/highways land so they could not move it. Please can this be looked at asap and the branch removed as the residents are not able to access their cars or their bins.
