Customer was advised this would be repaired when works on the road finished - this was 8 weeks agao

    The Street Lighting Team aim to repair all faulty lighting within 20 working days, however, there may be some circumstances that this time for repairs will be extended.
    For example, if the column has a dead supply, this will be passed to the relevant network operator to attend and rectify as we cannot work on their network. In these cases we will update you to let you know it is a supply fault.

    We know that faulty lighting is very important to you, and we take all reported issues very seriously. Buckinghamshire Highways maintain approximately 40,000 lighting assets in Buckinghamshire and have a wide range of schemes to ensure they are maintained each year.
