Dangerous visibility issue

Grass cutting hasn't been completed kn this location meaning pulling out from Mill Cottages onto a national speed limit road is extremely dangerous due to limited visibility of seeing cars coming up the hill towards the village. There is also what looks like part of a tree that has come down and is blocking the pathway.
