The car has been abandoned approx 4-5 weeks ago I actually witnessed two men parking it. It’s in our turning circle for ambulances fire engines and bin men and it’s our spare parking for the road which is very limited anyway . It has been left taking up a lot of space. I have put a polite notice on the screen which has not been moved
