Pink Horsebox/caravan in layby

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9702073.

For the last TWO MONTHS a pink horsebox/caravan has been living in the layby. It part blocks the exit slip on the road and never moves! You can drive by and smell food cooking. There is a small yellow car that comes & goes daily and now there appears to be a black van also living right behind it.
