Reported via desktop in the Intimidating or misleading sign category by Paul Dixon at 10:16, Monday 29 June 2026
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9699509.
Footpath incorrectly signposted as "Footpath" instead of "Bridleway" (see photos). Path identified as bridleway on both OS 1:25000 and on Bucks Council definitive map (see attached screenshot). Path also very overgrown, possibly as a result of mountain bikers and horse riders being discouraged from access due to the sign.
