Horse box vehicle been parked in layby for last 2 weeks

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9673864.

Someone is living in this vehicle or worse keeping an animal here - during really hot weather.

I can see that people are using this vehicle rather than it being abandoned or broken down.

Am guessing its being used as a caravan and will stay here for as long as its noticed and moved on.

It is white with pink writing.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
