Regular parking in bus stop

The driver of this vehicle repeatedly parks in the start of the bus stop, despite him living several houses further up the road. Not only does he prevent buses from entering the space (causing hold-ups on the main road), his van also blocks the line of sight when we try to exit our driveway. I asked him to park in front of his own house, but he has simply ignored it. The car is always there between 16:00 - 07:00.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (Traffic Warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
