Newly erected barbed wire fencing

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9653319.

This new fencing is constructed of barbed wire which is totally unnecessary and a danger to children , pets and endangered wildlife. Normal wire or something more suitable should be used .
