Tree overhanging roof

There is a row of very large council owned trees planking Fernie Fields park and Havenfield road. I am concerned again about one which is over hanging my house. When I raised concerns previously the council's response was that the trees along the edge are healthy.

Today I found the next tree along (which looks in the same condition as the one overhanging my house) has partially fallen down. Surprisingly it fell into the field, which is opposite to the prevailing wind direction, and no damage was done to property, hopefully no one was injured or killed.

Can you inspect the tree overhanging my house and take appropriate action please, as I fear your tree will fall onto my house which is the prevailing wind direction. Google maps shows the tree in question, but the image is a few years old and the tree is now larger.
