I have called out my housing as the fence on there land backing my garden is bowing due to the amount of tree cutting and debris they have pilled up. I have reported the issue to my housing and had someone out to check the fence. I am unable to gain access to clear the mound causing damage to the fence. I have lived here since January 2025 and went away for seven days break came home to find my fence pushed forward and lots of scrap behind it. I am unable to continue work in the garden until this is safe.
