Green phase time too short causing A404 tailbacks

16/1/17 19:30. Green phase set to 3 seconds for northbound A404 traffic entering Handy Cross roundabout. Very little traffic using the junction, so suspect a sensor problem causing the mis-timing and queues to form on A404/
