Path connecting waddesdon greenway , with footpath that passes by wormstone farm/ estate maintenance depot.
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9593005.
On indicated path the landowner has planted crops across the public right of way , as of 9/06/2026 ,crops are still in place with no demarcation whatsoever of public path, previous reports to you have been closed with the understanding , I assume, that the matter has been dealt with!!! Obviously the landowner has lied and deceived, and ultimately made fraudulent claims and reports to you , as this problem has been rectified .

Thank you for your enquiry, the issue you have reported will be investigated by a Rights of Way Officer. The route may be inspected to carry out an assessment of condition and responsibility; where maintenance is required this will be added to the list of works programmed to be undertaken by our works contractors/volunteers. Or where necessary we will contact the landowner on any matter that is their responsibility. The record will be updated when we have confirmation the work has been completed.
