Shane Sergeant asked if he could temporarily put some rubbish there with the promise of moving it the next day, which he did, but that was a very long time ago, couple of years maybe, my niece lives there and her ex husband gave him the permission , her ex has not been living there for a long time but but Shane still dumps his rubbish, he was living at number 40 Verney walk and we have had ongoing issues with them that the council are aware of, some of the rubbish at the back of cottesloe has come from the garden in Verney walk, under the greenery and weeds there are black bin bags, it’s my nieces home and she was contacted by the housing association to clear it, she has tried contacting someone back but no answer, Shane is well known to the police and has been in trouble for fly tipping before, my niece is a nurse that works long hours, single parent, I would help her but I’m nearly 64 and I will just put the mess in his mums garden, hope you can help
