Abandoned vehicle

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9528930.

Vehicle registration plates have been removed. Vehicle was previously left at the other end of the road. Was clamped by dvla. Owners(?) Removed the clamp and number plates and moved it to the other end of the road. They clearly have no plans to move or sort out the vehicle. It is SORN but parked completely on the pathway, blocking the path.

Precious response from the council stated “it’s SORN” so not abandoned. It 100% looks abandoned and clearly the owner isn’t taking responsibility.

Updates

  • An officer will investigate the vehicle and if on inspection it is considered to be abandoned, a notice will be issued.
