Fly tipper about 50m - 100m before the motorway bridge

6th May I witnessed an older man park his car on the daws hill lane, cross the road with carrier bags and start putting things from carrier into the hedges.

Tall man, white with grey hair. I think the car he had was similar to a blue Renault kangoo or a fiat Qubo like a people carrier but van shaped. It was about 11:15am in the morning.

I did want to go back and see what he dumped but it’s not a safe place to hang around.
