URGENT - Between the pond and the stream

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9471099.

Orange barriers have been around an open manhole that is several feet deep for over 6 months and the manhole has not been replaced. The barrier is now in the stream and are no longer around the open manhole. Please can this be inspected and whoever is responsible notified urgently
