Overgrown hedges

Sent to Gerrards Cross Town Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9461473.

Every year the hedges managed by the electricity substation cover the entire footpath making it impossible to use forcing people to walk in the road. This has not been fixed for several years and any cutting back that eventually takes place is minimal and still leaves at least half of the footpath obstructed as ground debris is never cleared adequately. If this was a private residence the council would have forced the owner to fix the problem but it seems an electric company gets more leeway to obstruct public footpaths.
