The public path from warmstone lane , that is jubilee path , this path starts at the end of warmstone lane by wormstone farm , as path passes by farmyard , the path is excessively overgrown , needs imminent clearing, as the path continues past farmyard you encounter a stile that is totally unsuitable for any use safely , and as path continues you will encounter crops planted across path with no regards to rights of way responsibility, the crops can entangle ones feet and therefore is a hazard to health, and also clearly it is possable to deviate into landowners property , and the user will be exposed to trespassing laws due to the landowner not lawfully conducting his responsibilities as to public right of way , as no demarcation of path is in existance within path crossing planted field .

The route may be inspected to carry out an assessment of condition and responsibility; where maintenance is required this will be added to the list of works programmed to be undertaken by our works contractors/volunteers. Or where necessary we will contact the landowner on any matter that is their responsibility. The record will be updated when we have confirmation the work has been completed.
