Overhanging tree into road, pedestrian danger

Sent to Aylesbury Town Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9431356.

This problems has been reported 6 times. The tree on the side of the path is overhanging with sharp brambles into the road and encroaching on the pavement so its impassable when cars are parked. People who have reported this are indicating the council have said it is number 2 Barrie Close issue but the tree and hedge isnt in their garden and they do nothing about it. Please can someone take a look and if it is number 2 can a note be left from the council informing them of this

    Repeatedly reported this tree is encroaching path and overhanging road. The tree is outside the boundary wall of 2 barrie Close and is therefore not their legal responsibility. It is council responsibility to manage the tree on the footpath.
