Hammerhead turning area part of Ash Road Nr. #18.

The area is required for delivery and emergency vehicles turning, hence it's a turning area. However, people are parking there for days on end at times and preventing us at Conifers and Rodnor from turning our vehicle around before entering or leaving our properties. We need signs up stating "NO PARKING IN TURNING AREA". This problem has gone on for far too long and may lead to arguments such as we had with one individual this morning who simply said "If I don't park there, someone else will." Please help us to sort this out once and for all!

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
