Hedge blocking public footpath

Hi I have reported this dangerous hedge many times. You can see from the picture that it is blocking the pathway and obscuring the visibility to the junction. Making it dangerous as you need to walk in the road and cars can t see. The response I get from you is birds maybe nesting and it can’t be cut. This is the same response I get from you no matter what time of year. I can’t understand why you can cut this hedge when you have a team of workers cutting hedges not a 100yrds away at the Evreham Centre all year around. Surely you can instruct this team to cut and make the footpath safe and accessible. Or does someone need to get run over first.

    I have been reporting this problem for 7 months and it’s still not been attended to. The problem is now worse and becoming dangerous as it’s effecting line of sight for traffic. The hedge is nearly in the road now.
