Me and my partner were attempting to find the start of the public footpath from Creslow Manor, as we followed the public footpath we were inadvertently attacked by a swarm of bees, as we looked to our left we saw 3 hives, we both suffered 15+ stings, I had to attend a&e due to the reaction. Our dog also was stung, there was no indication of these hives and we were walking quietly and with our dog close by on a short lead.
If it had been an elderly couple, or someone who couldn’t move quickly to get away it would have been fatal!
I rang Crealow Manor and was rudely spoken to by the person on yen phone who identified himself as Brian, surname kept out!
