Vehicle Registration RE61 EUH Vehicle abandoned 'on road' for many weeks. Given towing eye protruding from front bumper, the vehicle was towed to the current location not under it's own power. I would assume based on towing eye in front bumper that the vehicle was at a local garage and found to be beyond econoimic repair for the owner and wouldn't pay the garage and and they have towed it to this location.
