Victoria Street, opposite Cane and Rush building

Reported via mobile in the Parking in a restricted space category anonymously at 18:04, Saturday 11 April 2026

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9276830.

One untaxed car parked by traders in the residents parking spaces (i.e. Green BMW) for many days. Many more untaxed cars parked on the wide footpath for years which is a free carpark for traders. This space has not been cleaned for many years with hedges growing next to the wall. Reported many times, council/DVLA come and place a notice on the cars, the traders then remove the old cars and park new cars, easily fooling the authorities. No signs of traffic wardens on this street or council officers who can come and resolve this misuse of the street for good. This is making the street look unsightly and also taking up residents spaces.

Updates

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
