People park on double yellow lines, and block in our car park. They double park and completely block the road. There would be no chance emergency services would be able to gain access if needed. It is crazy staff can't leave and parents can't park in our nursery bays as its all blocked to collect there children.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
