Unable to get a receipt for parking as machines were removed after I had parked that day

I cannot obtain a receipt through your portal for parking my car (PN67 TOV) on Friday 27th February 2026. I parked for just under 2 hours and paid £2.20. I have been parking there once a month when I visit FedCap employment and I claim the money back from them with a receipt. I noticed that when I returned to my car that day, that the machines had gone but they were there when I parked as I paid using them. When I search on your "Bucks get a receipt" portal, it says there is no record on there. But I parked there that day. I am assuming that because the machines were taken away on the day I parked there, your records were not uploaded properly. It would be great if you could email me the receipt please at lorrainebrickell@live.co.uk Thank you!
