Hello, I am writing to request a refund for a parking payment made on 6 April 2026.

On this date, which was a Bank Holiday in the United Kingdom, I was charged the weekday parking rate. However, according to the applicable Bank Holiday tariff, the correct charge should have been £1.20.

As a result, I believe I was overcharged and would like to request a refund of the difference.

Please find attached proof of payment and any supporting evidence (including screenshots/photos of the tariff where applicable).

Parking details:

Date: 6 April 2026

Location: Marlow Central Car Park

Amount paid: £2.70

Expected charge: £1.20

I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and process the appropriate refund.
