?Frisky horses

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9243874.

Horses one being a grey horse other brown horse,cantering towards myself and friend . No dogs with us. This reared up to us and we had to run as horse appeared aggressive even though we tried to be calm and no touching of the horse.Needs addressing as public footpath. This has happened twice now.
